A provider licensed in your state reviews your answers. They may message you with questions, ask for labs, or schedule a short video visit.

They may prescribe none, some, or all of what you requested, or suggest something that fits you better. You’re only charged for what’s approved.

Your pharmacy ships it
Your prescription is filled by a state-licensed U.S. pharmacy, named right on your label, and shipped to your door in discreet packaging.

Message your care team with questions. Your provider adjusts doses as needed, refills ship automatically, and you can pause or cancel before your next refill.

How your request works
Add as many treatments as you like to your request. Your provider reviews them together, which lets them check for interactions and recommend what actually fits.
They may prescribe none, some, or all of what you asked for. You’re not charged unless a provider approves, and you only pay for what’s prescribed.

Questions, answered
Are the providers real doctors?
Your request is reviewed by a doctor or clinician licensed in your state. They make every prescribing decision.
What if I’m not approved?
You aren’t charged for anything that isn’t prescribed. Your provider may explain why, suggest a different option, or recommend you see a doctor in person.
Do I need a video visit?
Most treatments are reviewed online. Hormone therapy always includes a video visit, and some states require a short video visit for any prescription. We’ll tell you during your assessment if you need one.
Do I need labs?
Hormone therapy starts with labs, and we ship a kit to your door. For other treatments, your provider may order labs if they need more information.
Does insurance cover it?
Plans are self-pay; we don’t bill insurance.
Is my information private?
Yes. Your health information is protected under HIPAA and shared only with the people needed to treat you and fill your prescription. Orders ship in plain packaging.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Message your care team to change plans, or cancel any time before your next billing date. Anything you have already paid for still ships.
