Why they work together

Low testosterone and erection problems often show up together, but they have different causes. Testosterone therapy restores hormone levels. Tadalafil works on blood flow.

On one plan, a single provider manages your labs, doses, and side effects for both.

Program vs. separately

Same medications, same provider care, on one plan.

What to expect

Everyone responds differently. Your provider checks in and adjusts your plan along the way.

Before you start

Morning lab tests confirm low testosterone, followed by a video visit with your provider.

Weeks 1–6

Daily tadalafil reaches a steady level within about a week. Some men notice changes in energy and sex drive by week 3 to 6.

Months 3–6

Follow-up labs check your testosterone, red blood cells, and PSA, and doses are adjusted.

Is it right for you?

Your provider reviews each medication separately before prescribing.

Program questions

What if my provider only prescribes one medication?

Then you'll pay that medication's single-treatment price instead of the program price.

Will testosterone affect my fertility?

It can lower sperm production. If you're planning to have children, ask your provider about enclomiphene instead.

Will I always need tadalafil?

Not necessarily. Your provider reassesses as your testosterone levels and symptoms change.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancel any time before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. Anything you have already paid for still ships.

Important safety information

Last updated

Testosterone: Testosterone can raise blood pressure and red blood cell counts, which may increase the risk of heart attack, stroke, and blood clots; your provider will monitor labs and blood pressure. Testosterone cream can pass to others through skin contact; women and children should avoid contact with application sites. It can reduce sperm production, worsen sleep apnea, and cause fluid retention. Testosterone is a controlled substance with potential for abuse and dependence. It is not for men with prostate or breast cancer. Safety and effectiveness for low testosterone due to aging alone have not been established.

Tadalafil: Do not take this medication if you take nitrates or riociguat, as the combination can cause a sudden, dangerous drop in blood pressure. Sexual activity can strain your heart; stop and get medical help if you have chest pain, dizziness, or nausea during sex. Get emergency care for an erection lasting more than 4 hours, or for sudden vision or hearing loss. Tell your provider about all medications you take, including alpha-blockers and HIV medications.
